Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Saginaw

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location
Run down, dirty.

This hotel is run down, the rooms smell bad and the staff is not too helpful. "breakfast" was one bagel under a glass case, two shriveled up sausage patties and notes all over stating "don't take too much food!" would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you don't have any money to pay for a decent place to stay.

Everything.

Suitable only for the business man staying over night or trucker not suitable for families. We felt like we were in the poor section of town.

Location is very convenient.
Old and tired looking.

This hotel is good for a place to sleep. I was disappointed that the pool was not open as it is after Memorial Day and we were having 80+ temps. I picked and paid more for this hotel over another so that we could hang out by the pool. Kind of a bummer.

Good location with the huge sign.
The smell of the room, no hair dryer, and no shampoo with conditioner.

The price is reasonable and the room are nice organized. I will come back if the room smell better. Thank you!

Large bed, couch desk and huge TV. Convenient to shopping, etc.
No hair dryer . Breakfast lacked healthy foods (fruit, eggs), Ice on steps remained at lobby entrance even after I let them know it was dangerous.

OK for a night or two. Nice rooms; bathroom was a bit moldy. Great price and some amenities (no hair dryer); Frig and mircowave and big wall screen TV a plus. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Getting extra towels was not a hassle.
The breakfast coffee was weak.

The night clerk was really nice and helpful, however, the morning clerk was asleep on the sofa as we arrived for breakfast.

It was close to shopping and restaurants.
No alarm clock, continental breakfast could have been better.

This hotel is in a great location for anyone that likes to shop. There are a variety of eating establishments close by. It's easy access to a major hwy we travel. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel rooms were comfortable but could use some updating and alarm clocks. There was a small refrigerator and microwave but no coffee pot needs coffee pots! Would like to see more toiletries provided also. Overall it served the purpose intended comfortably.
