Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Somerset

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was Okay.
The staff was not responsive to the needs of the patron.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was a third person in our party who had to pay extra to stay in the room, but the room was not provided extra towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The staff was never anywhere to be found. The continental breakfast consisted of a dozen dough nuts. The vending machines would take your money and management (if you could find them) would not reimburse. Overall a terrible experience. ...read more

The hotel was newly remodeled and updated.
Stains on the under side of the comforter and no alarm clock.

Everything in the room was clean and in order. Microwave, mini-fridge, mirror, tub and toilet was spotless. However, the chairs were stained and the comforter too.

It was very conveniently located, always smelled clean.
It needed to be remodeled bad! The tile and the paint was horrible. Could use a lot of attractiveness improvement.

Overall OK, needs to be remodeled, okay for just staying there for night time, but not the entire time of the stay. Very conveniently located. Very steep stairs for the upper level not good for people with leg problems.

Smells good and clean.
Pillows too hard, don't wear white socks on the floor.

Overall experience very nice and the rooms were freshened everyday, I would stay again.
