Hotel Guest Reviews of the Knights Inn Southington
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 27, 2013

The room was cheap and was close to my next stop.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hotel. I was staying there with a friend the night before her wedding. We had a room with two twin beds. Her bed was broken in the middle so it slumped to one side and it did not have sheets on it. My bed had a spring coming up in it. I went to go get ice and our ice bucket m=had mold in it. Also, we had to fiddle with the lock on the door any time we left because it would not lock and when we told them they said it was supposed to do that. So the rooms are not meant to lock? The "continental breakfast" was two kinds of cereal and burnt coffee. To top off this whole experience...I complained and all I got was "We will give you a discount the next time you stay here." What!? I'm never staying here again! ...

We have stayed here during the summer months, pool was immaculate. Location is very convenient and the staff is very pleasant. We will stay again when we are in the area.

This hotel was just horrible it stunk and the bed was sunken in and they did switch rooms for us and that room was not any better the TV didn't work and they had 2X4's holding the bed on the base which I didn't see and almost broke my ankle it is still sore I would not stay here again even if you paid me. Now the staff is nice and they did try to help us out but the hotel needs a lot of work. ...

This place was disgusting. The smell was awful. The walls had holes in it and dirt all over it. The beds were two different heights and when you kneeled on the bed you could feel the springs in your knees. I am glad I only stayed one night because if I had booked it for any longer I would have demanded a refund and stayed elsewhere. I booked this late at night after deciding last minute to not head home. I should have known when it was the only place left with rooms. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
We don't recommend it to any one since we have a bad experience with bed bugs and other insects that we don't know which caused bad rash for all the family members.

It looked like we were the only ones staying in the back second floor rooms. There were bronken windows with broken furniture, the building across from us which was part of the hotel was abandoned. We did not feel safe but had no choice to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating with breakfast.

It was clean but you could clearly hear your neighbors. If they turned on the TV it was like you were watching it too.
