Hotel Guest Reviews of the La Quinta Inn Crossville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The person at the front desk was nice.
The breakfast did not have many healthy options.

There are other hotels with this star rating that would likely be better choices.

Every effort was made to provide the guest with whatever they needed. The breakfast items were excellent.
It was rather old and the rooms needed updating.

The owner made every effort to be sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The lobby was clean and we were greeted immediately. The breakfast items featured sausage, biscuits, gravy, fried eggs, as well as the usual waffle, sweet rolls, cereal and fruit. It was a very nice amenity. The hotel and rooms showed their age and needed updating, but they were just fine for our one-night stay. ...read more

Nothing.

Fairly clean. Clearly below La Quinta standards. Owner accused us of prejudice to other nationalities when we asked for a key to see the room. A very big disappointment.

The mattresses are new, it's clean, comfortable and has a very friendly staff.
The road entrance leading to the hotel needed better signage.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The mattresses were new and very comfortable, the carpet in the room felt clean to bare feet and it was fairly quiet for a hotel. My husband left this one to stay in a 4 star hotel in Chicago and said this was is more comfortable and quieter than the new 4 star he is staying in. ...read more

Not much.
Night staff was somewhat rude, and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this hotel. Night staff was somewhat rude. Called down for wake-up call and staff called back about 1/2 hour later to confirm the time which they had down wrong. Was very dissatisfied.

Super comfy beds and indoor pool/spa, Also a good breakfast.
It was not as clean as other pricline hotels I have stayed in. Starting to look rundown.

This a was a fair to ok, hotel. It is showing its age and not as clean as other hotels I have stayed with using Priceline. I would stay again but it would not be my first choice
