Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The owner made every effort to be sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The lobby was clean and we were greeted immediately. The hotel and rooms showed their age and needed updating, but they were just fine for our one-night stay. ...

Fairly clean. Clearly below La Quinta standards. Owner accused us of prejudice to other nationalities when we asked for a key to see the room. A very big disappointment.

My husband left this one to stay in a 4 star hotel in Chicago and said this was is more comfortable and quieter than the new 4 star he is staying in. ...

I would not recommend this hotel. Night staff was somewhat rude. Called down for wake-up call and staff called back about 1/2 hour later to confirm the time which they had down wrong. Was very dissatisfied.

This a was a fair to ok, hotel. It is showing its age and not as clean as other hotels I have stayed with using Priceline. I would stay again but it would not be my first choice
