Everything was very satisfactory. The free breakfast was good. My 13 year old loved the waffles.
The elevator could have been nicer.
I would stay there again. Felt very secure with just me and my grandson.

The staff was great and location couldn't have been any better! we were able to walk to where we wanted to go and didn't have to worry about driving. Plenty to choose from to do around there.
The room was great - staff was wonderful - location was excellent. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitley stay here again!

Love the staff,they are friendly,very helpful.Love having breakfast, free parking&wi fi, appreciate those amenities. Also appreciate that you accept pets. I don't travel with my pets during business but I do on vacation and I chose La Quinta.
This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Continental breakfast, free parking and wi-fi included. I have not been disappointed in all my travels by chosing La Quinta.

we originally booked a room for only one night but decided after we would stay for a extra night. We had to make a second reservation. We were told we may have to check out of our room then back in. the man the next day did not make us.The staff was great
The only thing was the location was a little odd to find. But not too bad. Our gps took us right to the location. I was worried for a second that we were lost.
We stayed here while visiting dallas for my sons 5th birthday. Two adults, two children and a dog. We enjoyed our stay. The maids were very nice and rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast has waffles muffins cereal toast bagels Overall experience was great!

Location was good.
I went to get extra towels and a extra blanket, and there was noone at the front desk for 10 minutes. Was not happy about this. I like my room COLD when I sleep, and the thermostat would not go down past 65.
We arrived in Dallas a few hours before we planned, we stopped by to see if they would allow us to check in early, and the front desk said sure no problem. The rooms at this location was large more than enough room for 5 people. I did not like the breakfast that they had, there was no variety and very limited.

The front desk clerk Isa, was rude, starting from the phone. This property should not be labeled a 2.5 star hotel, it's a little bit more than a motel, not worth the amount of money I spent. I should have paid a little more to stay at Hyatt Place. :(
This should not be included in the same category as Holiday Inn Express or Springhill Suites by Marriott. Having stayed in those I can tell you this was no where near that standard. Bathroom was depressing, breakfast awful!

Wonderful rooms, spacious bathrooms, small TV but good for the bucks. Everything is great, better than expected for the star level and price. Reasonable breakfast and ample parking. Near to number of restaurants.
Noisy, you can hear outside noise from the room.
