The staff were great - professional, friendly and knowledgable about the area.
Not much you can do about age. The room was clean with plenty of space to move around in.

Staff was friendly and professional. Not as good of a location for our needs but not bad with access to Central Expressway. It's an older hotel but the room was clean and spacious - we would stay again.

The price and location were exactly what I wanted.
The hallways were a little dark and the in-room coffee maker was not clean.

The overall experience was above my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the location with great proximity to high-end shopping. The only cons I can think of were the in-room coffee maker wasn't clean and the hallways were dark.

The hotel had clean rooms, comfortable beds, and exceeded 2-1/2 star hotels we've stayed at before. Favorite part of free breakfast was fresh fruit salad, although homemade waffles were available. Staff were helpful when needed.
Only 1 key worked; however, I'm sure if we'd asked for another working key, we would have been given one.

Location was good; accessible via NC Expressway with entrance/exit ramps nearby. No problems with construction!

Rooms were clean.
I ended up being stuck with a smoking room which had a smell. Also if you want a fridge in your room it is an extra $10/day charge, which is excessive.

the room were clean
the pool was not heat, like it said it was in the ad. Breakfast was not serve until seven on the weekends, and the stuff was no where to be found at check out time. plus the key cards doid not work half the time.

Nothing good to report except the gentleman working the desk when I checked in was very nice. After that it was all downhill.
Phone did not work, bed was very uncomfortable, shower had almost no pressure, breakfast was average at best, desk clerk at checkout was argumentative when I told her about the phone.

Do not reccomend this hotel. I have always liked La Quinta but will not stay with them again after this experience.

yes, but the room wasn't as cold as we tried to make it and we had a broken outlet and blowdryer
breakfast was limited, but coffee was good!

great place to stay if you dont mind mediocre food, noisy traffic and you aren't going to be staying for long

The hotel was nice.
The beds were small, but overall a decent hotel.

I would rather stay in a nicer place next time, but for the money, it was a decent hotel. Wish it had an indoor pool and/or hot tub.

My room had a horrible cigarette smell; it was a non smoking room. Also there were random stray pubic hairs in bathroom. Also elevator was really slow and there was no one at front desk when I checked in

It was not worth the money
