the location was the only good thing about the hotel and the very nice gentleman who drove us to a different hotel for a family obligation.
that you had to request a room with a refridgerator/microwave at booking and that the beds need to be a lot bigger..there version of a QUEEN SIZED BED is ridiculous..

this hotel was a horrible dream. you have to request a room with a fridge/microwave combo before hand. the beds and elevator are to small. parking is a nightmare. and there are people who stand outside right in front the entrance and smoke cigarettes..horrible..the food was gross..the staff hung out at the check in counter.. they were even having an argument in the lobby while we were waiting for the shuttle that was late. but the driver still got us to our destination on time.. the only thing good about this hotel was the location. and the great Chinese restaurant down the street called young's garden gives you and abundance of food for a great price and the best I have tasted anywhere. ...read more

Idk. The event for that weekend was cancel to another wkend. Priceline would not take documentation of anykind to allow me to change the weekend date. I lost
xxx dollars.If half of my money was taken would have been better than all of it.

It was a good place to stay before our cruise from New Orleans.

Would have been nice to know they would have picked us up from the airport rather than having to rent a car.

located very well for me since I was working mainly in suburban out areas of New Orleans
The power was out when i got there because of the tornado, not their fault

away from high traffic areas but had a nice restaurant/bar area and the staff handled a tough situation with grace

Location was easy to access. Hotel was as advertised
Booking was two double/queen beds. Upon arrival was for a king instead. Not sure if that was a priceline or hotel issue. Breakfast bar staff needs customer service training. She took food away promptly at 9:30 a.m. even with folks standing there.

I was not happy with the location when I bid for a hotel. However, Ray, the Priceline phone rep was especially helpful. Ray spoke with the hotel clerk and requested certain room accommodations, which I received. I received a non-smoking, no pet room with a king size bed - just as I requested. I used the fitness center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Execellent hotel!
