Again, the hotel and staff were great. Room was very clean and well equipped. It's a pleasure to stay here, at a reasonable price, and I will book here when I travel here next.

Fantastic location for us. Our aunt and uncle live in Berea and their 3 children live nearby. The La Quinta was near to the restaurant we met at for a family reunion. We had a great time.
Possibly that it was next to a fantastic shopping mall.

All the amenities such as fridge, microwave, hair dryer, two phones, iron and board were in the room. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. Hot tub was nice and hot.

We stayed two nights and the breakfasts were different each morning and included a variety of hot and cold items. The location right off the interstate and across from a major mall was an advantage. There are several restaurants very close by and a free shuttle from the hotel to any place within 5 miles.

we liked it all

this hotel was more than we expected for we have never used a 2.1/2 before everything was clean and towels in very good condition and white. it's location for airport was excellent. Thank you i would say three star

when checking in staff didn't know how check in price line guest and staff didn't up date computer. When checking out computer was still not right 3 days. Thank god had confirmation. NO ROOM SERVICE,but we find pizza delivery or had to go to mall

Use price line for best price. Location was great across from mall.Shuddle drivers was friendly. Clean hotel,Great Breakfast each morning need bigger area for all guest to eat other then that a wonderful hotel would go again.

I liked the staff that registered me into my room. The room was clean and had a good look. Enjoyed the room tremendously.
The food was terrible however and the business center was down and couldn't be used. The next morning during check out, the staff person was rude and maybe it was because she was performing the job of 2 people.

The hotel is located in a neutral place where you can get to just about anywhere. The building is nice and seemed to be well taken care of.

Room was great - big TV, microwave and refrigerator. Everything that you need.

The location is great. Right across from the Mall if you want to shop. The breakfast was nice, all you could want to eat. Nice place to sit and eat.

very nice hotel, very clean and staff went out of their way to be gracious hosts.
problems with the wifi, not the fault of the hotel.

very enjoyable, close to wonderful shopping and lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Airport shuttle hours did not meet my needs

As usual La Quinta was very clean and friendly. There shuttle service did not start until 6:30 am and this was disappointing. Great Hotel made up for it.
