This hotel was perfect for Spring Training games and shopping. Met our needs perfectly. They are also very pet friendly which was nice.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We really enjoyed this hotel, it's location and the staff. The rooms were nice and roomy with good accommodations. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The parking is nice and check in and check out process was easy. I wish they would make you aware if there are guests with dogs because my wife is allergic and there about 3 dogs on the floor and it wasn't great for her. Also, my parents room which was a non smoking room smelled of smoke really bad. It was hard because there were no other rooms they could go in.

Location! Staff was friendly and decor beautiful! We were at the tail end of our vacation week after visiting cooler parts of AZ, Wickenburg, Prescott, and Sedona, and it was so hot in Phoenix when we arrived, so we were delighted we were so close to all indoor activities, restaurants, movie theater, etc.

I would not stay there again. Spend a little more and get a better hotel. The price was right so I am OK with that. I had better service and cleaner rooms in Mexico. The room staff was not very good. Had to ask for coffee and spilled make up on the floor bathroom. I cleaned it up but she never mopped after that and we were there for several days. I clean my room before I leave it for the day and stack the dirty towels and leave a tip each day. The last day my husband would not let me leave a tip. ...
