This hotel was completely less than acceptable. We had to switch rooms 3 times due to a broken door, a filthy tub, and a room with no television. The staff upgraded us to a suite for the next night, but it was still subpar for cleanliness.

Easy to find if coming from the South.
Overall maintenance & cleanliness - poor!

My wife & I were shocked to find a LaQuinta in such poor condition !The entire place is in serious need of a major renovation, followed by theinstallation of an entirely new, experienced staff !

Next to the highway.
Dead bugs in the room and shower.

We needed a place to stop for the night, we arrived at 1 am and took off at 6 am the next morning. My expectations were very low, we needed a clean room and a bed, this hotel did not meet those expectations. When we arrived we were ready to get to bed, it was 1 am and for some reason it took 20 minutes to check us in. Our room had dead bugs in it, and there were also a few bugs in the shower. One of the attendant's was exceptional.
The room had a malfunctioning smoke detector, room wasn't cleaned 2nd day.

The hotel's location was positioned perfectly for amenities in Pine Bluff.

They had an awesome breakfast buffet!
The soft drink machine was not filled. I was very frustrated when I couldn't get a Coke or Dr. Pepper.

Hotel was better overall than I expected it to be. Only things I didn't like were the empty drink machine and the dust near the nightstand and lamp.
