Good price and location.
There is not a way to print boarding passes, not even the staff could help via the office computer.
This location is walking distance to several nice restaurants, and near major corporations and shopping mall.

Was placed in a non-smoking room that reaked with smoke.
Missed cleaning my room one night. Other than that it was fine. Breakfasts were great.

Trash cans in dining area were too small or not emptied after rush.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice waffle makers for breakfast.
Room was stale smelling. I opened the window and then it was fine.
This hotel was very convenient to the business location I visited. The room was clean, the people were friendly. The price was good. I will stay here again.

Convenient location for my needs but there were other hotels in the area. I will stay somewhere else next time.
Pretty much everything other than location.
The only thing good about this hotel was the location. For my purposes, it was where needed to be but I would never stay there again. The was a terrible smell in both the hallway and the room and an unknown stain on the chair in the room. The food in the continental breakfast area was cold and there were no cups for coffee nor enough seating for everyone.
