Decent rooms.

Breakfast service was awful.

Decent location, but seemed to have a lot of police activity at night. Breakfast staff seems not to care about guests in the least bit. Manager did correct problems after 2 complaints.

Very nice and clean hotel.

There was only one elevator working. Which mean the wait was long.

The only comment I would say is they need to have both elevators working. Otherwise this is a nice, clean and great staff hotel.

Friendliness of the staff.

Hotel was not as clean as I would have liked it to be.

The hotel was a good price, had an excellent pool, and a very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room was to be desired.

Quiet room.

Halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

No frills, but comfortable. Older hotel. Rooms were in good condition. Balconys on the rooms were nice and if you get the right side of the hotel you have a good view. We traveled with 10 year old ice hockey players and the hotel met our needs.
