Hotel is under construction. I didn't feel safe with exterior doors unsecured. Bedding was rough and old. Outdated appearance. Bathrooms old & worn. Rusted Kleenex holder, toilet seat coming off. Old TV. Room cards looked like someone ate dinner on them. No closet. Poor lighting. Guy at front desk had sweat dripping off his face when he checked me in. Musty smell all over. People next to me were having a nasty argument with foul language. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The overall appearance was poor. The air conditioning was down in the lobby area. The person checking us in did not seem to have a clue about anything. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet paper was not even in a dispenser and there was very little left. No additional rolls were left in the room. The pool area looked like it had been hit by a tornado.

Facility could benefit from an on-site restaurant. Housekeeping staff should be instructed to not watch TV and change the channel to a Spanish language station while servicing the room.

The hotel was acceptable for the price for the stay. Also, I thought the breakfast area was very small and not layed out well for the number of guests in the hotel. The breakfast staff was rude as my children and I waited in line for the waffles. There was no where to stand and as my kids and I moved out of other peoples way to get to what they needed. The staff would yell at us to stand over there which was in the way of others. It was so crowded in there and no place to sit. ...
