At the front desk when I went to check in, the clerk said all they had left were heavy smoking rooms and to look elsewhere for a room if possible and get a refund from price line.I did and priceline refused to refund my money.

They were under construction, but was not an issue at all.

I'm out on business quite a bit and this was the best deal I've found so far. Very nice.

Everything was very nice.
Staff was a little rude (in person and on the phone). The area of the city just down the street was a little scary.

The hotel was very nice, loved the large breakfast area.

It was a place to sleep. Nothing more.
Funny smell, breakfast was less than satisfying. The Yogurt was out of date more than 10 days.

If you are looking for a Place to sleep, this is it. When you walk in it had a funny smell. The room was okay, there was hair in the bathtub. I stayed two nights and I do not like my room cleaned, because I do not want anyone going through my things. I placed the "Do not Disturb" sign on the door and it was completely ignored. Location and cost.
Star quality was listed as 2.5 I think, it was not that good, really only should be 1.5.

The exterior impression and public areas were good, attractive. Room interior was clean but older with some upgrades, but not as good as I expected.

Clean, friendly, and helpful.
Key didn't work outside doors the next morning, making it difficult to load the cars.

Hotel was booked for king beds in all 3 rooms, we needed double beds in each room. They fixed it for us at an additional price.
