The Breakfast was o.k.
The door leading into the room had a 1/4" gap between the moulding and door and let light and noise in. The noise outside in the hall wasn't as bad as the A/C in the room however, it was loud.
Maybe due to the time of year (Spring Break or Spring Training) the price of this hotel was higher than what I expected to get from Priceline. The hotel could use some updating. Especially in the room we had next to the elevator. The A/C was noisy and there was a gap between the door and moulding which let all the hallway noises into the room as well. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was 'o.k.'. I won't be staying there again. ...

The staff was great, location to the Everglades was good
Parking was not so good, you had to make U-turns every time you left the hotel and return from the port area.

Booked a king size but was given a double on the first floor (not favorable floor). This was later upgraded to king size on the 2nd floor (much better location & room).
Door handle leading from parking lot was broken so had to walk all the way around the hotel to get in.
Would stay again if for a shorter stay.

Location was good. Fridge and microwave in room.
We were put in a handicap accessible room where the bathroom smelled of urine.
For the price, the hotel was average. The first room we were put in smelled like urine in the bathroom. They gave us a new room which was fine. The location was fine- only about 10 minutes from downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

The hotel was clean and well furnished.
Front desk should improve the services and friendly demeanor. They were not sure if I had paid through Priceline or not but charged me anyway. Now I am not sure if paid twice or not.
It is a long distance from the beach. The front desk should work with the clients in a better manner. The room was very nicely furnished. The breakfast was a bit poorer than in other hotels of this chain in Florida what makes me wonder - do they have any rools?
