People were making a racket in the pool - we had to call to get them silenced. No wake up call and no concern by the staff that hey forgot.

The hotel was not bad. The staff was very friendly. The lobby and dinning areas were small but the atmosphere was fine. I would not mind staying there in the future.

Family Traveling with Teens
Entry to the hotel is like driving down an alley. Hotel itself was okay. Paint was peeling in shower. Hotel staff was fine, but very slow. Breakfast was good.

Couple
Have been put in this same hotel twice when choosing a 2 star in Jackson. Will not stay in a two star in Jackson again!. Staff were courteous and helpful; TV was excellent but with limited channels; beds were good. Would not recommend this place...has not been update and in very poor condition.

This was a great hotel for the price. The room was newly remodeled and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was adequate and for what our family needed it was great.
