The hotel could use a good cleaning. Dirty and dingy is a good description of the public spaces.

The price and it was next to a Cracker Barrel
Dirt, filth, soppy wet carpet, flies in the food area.

Don't go there is it nasty. It has old dirt, ground into the tiles, then there was new dirt that just was not swept up. Flies in the food area, colored water for juices. Air-conditioner leaked water on the to carpet all night. Should I go on.

Hotel was nice, guests with their dogs were inconsiderate.
Barking unattended dogs.

Still waiting for a voucher for a free night -- too many dogs were left unattended by other hotel guests, and the hotel staff said "There was nothing they could do." -- not sure I believe that since they have a master key to every room.

Pool and hot tub was great, it was the reason we stayed there.
The tables in the breakfast area was not kept clean during breakfast hours.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, quiet location, would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location, reasonably priced.
Bed in first room had hair in it.

Overall not a bad hotel. Unfortunately the first room, I was given had hair on the sheets in the bed. I must say though the front desk staff were very apologetic and changed my room immediately, with the second room (on a different floor) appearing much cleaner than the first room I was given.

Had a granite vanity top. That's it!
No complementary items (ie toothpaste, conditioner, etc. Limited TV stations. Fairly old TV.

Won't stay here again. period. First room they gave us was still dirty. Second room had a double bed, we paid for a king. Asked for a 6:00 am wakeup call. No wakeup call came. Forgot to pack toothpaste. Front desk didn't have any. Also needed conditioner. Most hotels supply these. There was only a bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap. Inquired at front desk. They don't do any of that. Very limited breakfast bar. Lights shone in the window. No drapes! ...read more

The staff was wonderful. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have whatever you need.

There were quite a few people there with pets and the staff is very pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends traveling with pets.
