Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Also, my room was on the back side of the hotel, on the corner near the dumpster. Around 9am, someone started banging cans into it. If you stay out late and intend to stay until the noon checkout, I'd suggest adding for a room away from that corner of the building. I, however, did not complain about the odor or noise, so I can't comment on the staff. My stay was, otherwise, nice. ...

Be careful going here. They will give you the run around and pretend that their rooms are ready for any guest to check in when they know it is not.

On the morning of checkout we were late for a funeral and in my haste I left my memory foam pillow ($40). That evening on the ride home, I realized it was missing and called the front desk. I was told that they would check and call. The next day I called, they said that no extra pillows were found in the room.I complained and they said they would check further. I have heard nothing, I feel sure someone is getting a good nights sleep on my pillow. ...

No luggage carts and Internet out in room-would not offer assist to move to another room but they did offer another room on the opposite side of the motel-the staff okay--one bed in our room was in dire need of a mattress replacement

We arrived a few hours before check-in and the receptionist allowed us to check-in a little early with no problems since our room was available. The room was very clean. Very reasonable prices and pet-friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, but small and we could hear people upstairs and besides us with their voices and TV on. The breakfast was OK but seating area was very small. I enjoyed the pool even though the water was quite cold for me.

Semi-clean, hairs in tub and grubby floor. I seldom complain, but the coffee pot was broken and reported and not fixed. In room phone did not work, was reported, was not fixed. No coffee for 2 days and nights - always out and busy. The room was fine, my daughter found flaws. The pool and hot tub were a disgrace.

Hotel was a nice place to sleep, air worked great and staff was helpful in giving extra blankets and pillows. The one thing I did not like is hotel has noise policy which did not make sense with it being so close to New Orleans.

The hotel was packed with noisy frat boys in town for the BCS championship game. After they all left, the housekeeping staff was so swamped that they were unable to clean my room one day.
