Recently had two separate stays at this hotel within a week. On our first stay the desk clerk who was busy surfing the internet in the lobby when I entered twice gave us rooms which had not been cleaned before meeting success on the third try.

Rooms were nice and bed were comfy.
They did not clean our room. When we got back in at 6 pm we called the front desk and said sorry Nd you can come get some towels. They would not come clean it.

Great location for the concert that night and for home looking the next day. Breakfast was very good.
The neighbors smoked in their room and we could smell it thru the walls.
There should be a way to request a non smoking area when you bid on rooms.

They were not trained for customer service. This is one place the customer does not come first. Elevator did not work - we were on 4th floor.
The location is such a good location that they do not care about customer satisfaction, because they get plenty of business due to the great location

The rooms were nice and clean.
Nice rooms and good location in Norman near several restaurants. The breakfast was a little lacking on food options with cereal, muffin, waffle, or boiled egg.But overall a good choice for the price. There is a IHOP next to the hotel if you want more breakfast options.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was happy with everything, but one minor irritation: the door to the stairway from 2nd floor was difficult to open. Seemed to stick!
Room was clean, like the layout. Quiet hallways even though the parking lot indicated it was near capacity. Will definitely stay again.
