The price and location.
No real scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Overall it was a good night stay. I would do it again.

Helpful staff! Great location! Offered coupons for dinner at the front desk. Shower was nice. Quiet.
Had to ask for soap, none provided in the room.

Cheap taxi service, would recommend if going to City Walk to drink with friends. Blue Man Group, was highly entertaining and very close to the hotel. Hotel has shuttle service to Universal Studios.

I would say the location was the best thing.
Wasn't crazy about the new vinyl laminate floors. They are ok, but cold when you walk them when you get up. Plus NO fitness facility. :(

The hotel was good. The location and breakfast was the best part. Did not care for the new floors. However for the money the hotel value was good.

Cleanliness, location, and staff.

Hotel was only minutes away from Universal and easy to get to and from the highway. Late night staff was courteous and friendly, even loaned me a pair of scissors when I needed them. Room was perfectly clean, no smells. Nice, comfortable beds, and pillows.
