Location was perfect! Staff was incredible, especially Shy! She could not have been more helpful! The pool was refreshing. And the continental breakfast was delicious, fresh, and diverse! We especially loved the waffles!!! Highly recommend!
Would have loved a second scheduled trip to and from universal. But cabs were readily available and fairly inexpensive.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner: and prepare to be happy!

Location and staff.
Seating area for breakfast was limited. Shuttle transportation was limited to one trip in the morning and an early return, which would force us to taking a taxi at night.

The rooms were large and updated.

The hotel was updated and the staff was friendly. It is close to restaurants and a pharmacy.

Great location. Let us check-in early as we arrived in town early.
There was a big water bug/roach in the bath tub. The sink leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was minimal.

The location to universal studios was great.
The morning breakfast was disgusting, the staff when I checked in did not tell me Disney tickets were sold there and I paid 100 more at the park!!
Very disappointing I would not recommend or stay there again.. room old and ugly ( i have stayed in much nicer la quintas!)...the breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel..

Staff was helpful.
Bad smell throughout.
Good for the money. Inexpensive rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was ice cold, but seemed clean. There is a very potent and obnoxious odor from the moment you walk into the lobby until you leave the hotel. It is similar to an animal hospital smell. The elevator was very hot, but worked ok. Staff was always helpful and pleasant. We were allowed an early check in, which was a welcome surprise. ...
