GOOD LOCATION, GOOD PRICE, nice breakfast if you got down in time before it ran out
if the breakfast ran out then you were just out of luck,was good food though...bed spread had stains..shuttle to universal only and pick up from park was several hours before closing, had to get a cab back to hotel which was $9 for a little over half mile
Good place to stay for the price especially if visiting parks (close to Universal & 20 min from Disney),all you do is sleep anyway. I will use again if in the area.Bring your own pillow and get to breakfast early :)

Rooms are large and clean, good breakfast spread in the mornings, and has direct shuttle to Universa
Shuttle service only picks up at the hotel at 8:45 am and brings you back from Universal at 7:30 pm, not a revolving shuttle with several pick-up & drop-off times throughout the day

We loved the location, loved the pet policy and breakfast was amazing!!!
The blankets in the room are very thin, when sharing a room with a spouse that enjoys a cold room I was freezing and uncomfortable... the hotel had no extra blankets to provide.
Location was great. Pet policy is amazing. Breakfast is wonderful. Price is great! In need of better blankets for a cold room or have extra blankets to provide guest if requested.

The location is great! We stayed at this location which is 5mins away from the holyland experience, 2mins away from universal studios, staff was excellent. Great stay, quiet clean. Would go again for another stop over.

Location was perfect! Staff was incredible, especially Shy! She could not have been more helpful! The pool was refreshing. And the continental breakfast was delicious, fresh, and diverse! We especially loved the waffles!!! Highly recommend!
Would have loved a second scheduled trip to and from universal. But cabs were readily available and fairly inexpensive.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner: and prepare to be happy!

This hotel was an awesome value. It was small and very quiet. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the location was a beautiful 15 minute walk to Universal Studios.
The staff at this hotel was fabulous. We knew nothing about the area and they were awesome about calling taxis, advising us about the trolley, providing shuttles, etc. We had a fabulous stay!
