handicapped accessible - simply putting grab bars in the shower is not enough. The smell of the hotel was not appealing.

I went to the outdoor pool with my three young children. My key card opened the door but would not let me back in. We were banging on the door, which was in hearing distance of the front desk, but no one ever came to let us in. Two of my children were crying and scared. I had to hold the baby so she wouldn't run back to the pool. After about five minutes of banging on the door, we finally realized that there was an exit door, which was not marked and looked like part of the high fence they have around the pool. So we walked around the building and in the front door. The woman at the front desk was standing there by herself. I told her what happened and she said, "Ya, sometimes the door doesn't work when it's hot out." I said, "You should have been able to hear us banging on the door." Then she said, "Well, I've been very busy up here." I was so upset. She knew I was out there because I had asked her for towels just a short time before, and like I said, there was no one in the lobby when we walked back in. She completely ruined our experience there.

Wonderful service. Beautiful Resort inside. Not so beautiful scenery from windows. Overall I would return to this resort if my company continues to do business in this area.

Family Traveling with Young Children
My daughter was able to move around the room and play and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and the room was very comfortable. This hotel is proof that you can get a good hotel for low price.
