Very friendly and helpful staff
The plug ins were not easily accessible. With phones, iPads and other electronics it needs to have plug ins available
Good for the price, easily accessible to restaurants, highway and shopping.

I was impressed in how clean the rooms were, didn't have a humid odor some rooms have sometimes.
I checked in after 8 pm and couldn't get a baby cot or extra blankets because housekeeping was closed and the front desk person couldn't unlock room.
I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, safe, plenty of parking. 10 minutes from downtown if you are driving or $20 cab ride.
There was not anything not to like. For the price, it is just what I expected.
If you are looking to save money on your trip to San Antonio, this hotel is for you. Rooms are clean, fridge, micro-wave in room. You can get fresh towels everyday. If you have a car, it is just a 10 minutes ride to downtown. You can't get lost.

Excellent breakfast.
Allowing patrons with pets next to regular patrons.
The hotel was very clean, organized the morning breakfast was on time and had a Gran selection. The staff was helpful and attentive
I would highly recommend this location to any vacationers.
