customer service and internet quality
the shower walls and shower in general can use a remodel

Had a pleasant stay for the price I paid. The staff was very friendye and accomodating. The location was perfect in proximity to starbucks, and inandout aswell as other places. Close to freeway for travelers. The showers need some remodeling but was decent overall.

The front desk lady that greeted us when we arrived was very nice and informative.
It wasn't the most updated or modern hotel but exactly what we needed and very comfortable.

This hotels was very convenient for our purposes and ended up being very accommodating when I became ill. They brought extra pillows for us and everything was very clean except for some items we found later under the bed. Other than that things were super comfortable and very clean.

Very easy to get to with great restaurants (Olive Gardens) near by.

Great hotel for the money, very friendly staff and clean modest size room. We were travel home on are way back to Canada from a winter holiday. We will stray there again.

The hotel was in a good convenient location in a safe neighborhood. Parking was good and the upkeep was quite good.
The room reeked with old cigarette smoke. The bathtub floor needed to be bleached, and there was no GFI receptical where the hair dryer was plugged in.

Although the general upkeep of the premises and staff was great, there is certainly room for improvements. I still feel that La Quinta gave me the best bargain in town and was satisfied with my stay.

Location, inexpensive.
Difficult to find entrance from March Lane. Hotel sits at the back of 3 restaurants. WiFi not working.

The hotel staff was better than some I've seen in upscale places. It was basic but clean and felt safe.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was pretty sparse.

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it might be a dive because it had a low star rating, but it was clean, had all the necessities and the beds were comfortable. There were also 3 restaurants connected to the parking lot and, though it was right next to the interstate freeway, it was fairly quiet.

Location is good, close to highway, and shopping.
Highway construction is noisy during night.

I sure will recommend this hotel to friends.

Convenient location.
Dirty, disrepair, odoriferous, inept staff, and seedy patrons.

Only in a pinch. The smell of smoke was so bad that my clothes smelled of smoke, I called twice to be moved or for someone to come spray deodorize my room, the desk kept saying they would call me back after three calls to them, I still never got a call back and gave up at 11pm at night, toilet didn't flush, gap around front door was large enough for small rodent to enter and the constant talking/arguing/cussing from the hotel "residence" who sat outside their rooms was very uncomfortable, broken vehicle in the parking lots, its endless. ...read more
