staff was kind and sympathetic to our request for reimbursement but we were told they couldn't help us.
checked in late. pulled back bedding to see the sheets didn't look like they were changed - body hair everywhere. Got replacement sheets - to see the mattress had blood stains. Left the next morning.

This hotel does allow pets and we did have dogs barking across the hall from our room. This was not a big problem, but it could be a problem if you do not like dogs.
Breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was very friendly. The pool area was quite small, but it was nice to have it indoors since the weather was cool.

Pool and spa close precisely at 10PM everyone is asked to leave and the door is locked

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The overall feel is a little seedy. The towels were threadbare and even frayed, the shower curtain had holes, the hot water spicot at the sink had a broken handle.
The outward appearance was nicer than the interior. See comments above.

it was not too expensive
We had some housekeeping issues. Housekeeping came in when i had a do not disturb sign on the door. Later they left a pile of wet towels in the tub and did not clean the shower or replace tissue paper.

The rooms were very clean, although a little cramped. They had memory foam mattresses which were wonderful. The front staff was very friendly. We were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
There was no fitness center at this hotel. It does not state it on the website, however, there is a picture among the listed amenities. The breakfast had limited choices, although we were able to find things that we like.
Convenient to ski resorts, comfortable, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again.
