The location was within minutes of downtown Charlotte.
Not enough restaurants in the area.
When we first got to the room, the door was damaged and the room was smelling fresh. The lady at the front desk immediately transferred us to a different room. The second room was awesome. They need refrigerators and microwave ovens.

Free breakfast, washer/dryer, quiet.
No fridge, microwave or in room safe. A little crowded during early breakfast due to bus travelers.
Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with muffins, make your own waffles, juices, hard boiled eggs, cold cereals. Beds were comfortable. Close by restaurants.

Accessible, clean, easy check in, breakfast buffet.
The hotel was very clean, close to restaurants, and had a decent breakfast buffet. It was a good value for the priceline rate we paid. We were only there for one short, overnight stay.
