Business Traveler
The hotel is not near the freeway and try to locate the hotel before nightfall as it gets difficult to find. Upon checking in they accidentally gave my room to someone else. They did find me a similar room but unfortunately it was on a wing with plenty of teenagers in town for a baskeball tournament. Aside from that and the fact they have the slowest elevators ever it was a fine establishment. ...

poor service.
1) A lot of problems getting on Wireless. If you need wireless do not select this hotel. It says it has Wireless but it does not work. I had to teach on-line so I chose a hotel that provides wireless for free, but this hotel's wireless was not working at all. I asked the front desk for help if I can find a cafe or Dennis to get on wireless. The staff kept saying "I don't know, I cannot help."
2) Dirty towels and bed sheets.
3) Stingy about shampoo: I stayed for three nights and after housekeeping they gave me no more shampoo, so I had to come to the front desk and asked for it. Lame.

I really enjoyed my stay at the first La Quinta in Ft Myers on commercial Dr. This motel had no one to really help you or say anything. I walked this lobby for at least two minutes looking for the breakfast area, bagels, muffins, cheerios O.J. and Apple juice and coffee is all I saw for the selection, and a lot of people taking more than I would say is fair (5 muffins, 3 bagels) I was able to get 1 blueberry muffin and a cup of O.J. I will stay at the other La Quinta from now on. ...

The only comment I would say is they need to have both elevators working. Otherwise this is a nice, clean and great staff hotel.
