Solo Traveler
Price of the stay was way over priced for the location and star level, but I booked at one of the busiest times of the year and with only one week notice, so I pretty much had to expect the price I paid.

stayed in a room where the TV was not working asked that someone fix it they were unsuccessful, asked for another room got a smoking one not good.
The hotel was in a nice location one gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful a lady at the front desk was no help at all. The TV in my room didn't work for a day asked to relocate got sent to a smoking room which was awful, because

Solo Traveler
Lovely hotel within walking distance of restaurants, movie theater,and shopping Centers. The room was humongous, as well as the bathroom. Room overlooked pool and lake. The big negative was that with the remodeling that there was constant drilling & hammering from 11am till 6pm. I wasn't able
to carry on a phone conversation. It would have been nice to have been notified that this was going on when reservation was made so I could have
declined if wanted. It is a beautiful hotel and one of the nicest I have stayed at. However, since I had just returned from a cruise, I didn't have a rental car, and had no way to escape the noise except walking to nearby stores. ...

Solo Traveler
There were ants everywhere in our room, as well as in the breakfast area. Also, the air conditioner didn't work in our room. We didn't call and complain as it was late and we were tired and leaving in the morning for the port. The hotel itself was either new or newly remodeled and good appearance both inside and outside.
