Business Traveler
Kids were running everywhere making noise up & down halls all day/night. Hotel staff either unwilling or unable to control it. I booked a king suite got a regular king room. They were supposed to switch me to a different room day 2 & argued with me about it even after front desk said the night before it would be done. Breakfast was never stocked. It was not good any how. Waffle batter was watered down & made rubbery waffles eggs were inedible. A/c didn't work well in 2 different rooms upon check in & the first room's lock was broken & didn't have a tv remote. Cleaning staff is some of the best I've ever come across. On day 2 I witnessed one scrubbing a room's bathroom floor on hands & knees & when I asked for my towels to be replaced day 2, they fully scrubbed down the bathroom even though it didn't need it.Overall not a place to stay if you have business to conduct or need sleep, which is unfotunate because the beds are well stocked with pillows and are comfortable, but too much noise/commotion from inconsiderate patrons that the hotel staff can't manage. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
We frequent hotels of this nature as we travel for sports most of the summer and fall. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms were VERY clean, comfortable and spacious. Even the bathroom was great. The front desk staff was very courteous and gave us some family friendly dinner ideas. Had a great laundry area for getting the uniforms cleaned. I would highly recommend this hotel to other families or teams that need to stay in this area. ...
