Hotel Guest Reviews of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 30, 2012

This hotel seemed to be much nicer than a 1 star. We have stayed in many 3 stars that I didn't like as much. Pretty good location-not in the heart of downtown Indy but within a ten minute walk of it. Free parking was nice. Excellent beds, flat panel TV, and bathroom. We loved the free breakfast. Everything was super except the noise. We heard banging in the halls and voices all night. ...

Friendly staff, good location, adequate rooms and facilities for the price although a bit antiquated. Free breakfast was OK, free parking a definite bonus. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff that was there to tend to anything we needed. The breakfast was great for just a quick breakfast, and it was free.

I was told after I booked a double that they could not accommodate a roll away bed as it was against their fire code. I find it incredible that their small elevators meet any safety code. After we arrived we had no problem changing to a King with a roll away.

I really like how you have re-done your facility. I found it to be clean, the free parking is wonderful and the breakfast was really great! Your staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave my car all day when I went to my conference. I truly appreciated that more than you can realize!

The rooms were ok, but very embarrassed that
I couldn't check in due to the credit card declined. I was on a tight time schedule so I had to come back later to check in. Then when I went to my room someone else was in it. Not a very good experience.

Old hotel w/new paint. Definitely not what I expect from La Quinta. Very limited staff -- she tried hard to resolve problems, but obviously had no back-up.
