Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Nice rooms with good TV and bed. Great free breakfast in the morning.
Noisy. Could hear banging and voices most of the night. Room was excellent except for noise.

This hotel seemed to be much nicer than a 1 star. We have stayed in many 3 stars that I didn't like as much. Pretty good location-not in the heart of downtown Indy but within a ten minute walk of it. Free parking was nice. Excellent beds, flat panel TV, and bathroom. We loved the free breakfast. Everything was super except the noise. We heard banging in the halls and voices all night. ...read more

Convenient, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do downtown.
It wasn't well marked out that it was a hotel.

Friendly staff, good location, adequate rooms and facilities for the price although a bit antiquated. Free breakfast was OK, free parking a definite bonus. I would stay here again.

Hotel was just minutes away from everything we were in town to do.
The elevator was small, but the stairs suited me just fine.

The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff that was there to tend to anything we needed. The breakfast was great for just a quick breakfast, and it was free.

The staff was very helpful with directions, changing rooms, and getting a roll away bed for us.
I did not like the elevators. They were extremely small!

I was told after I booked a double that they could not accommodate a roll away bed as it was against their fire code. I find it incredible that their small elevators meet any safety code. After we arrived we had no problem changing to a King with a roll away.

The hotel is economical. Everything including the carpets and the room itself were very clean, and it was freshly painted.
The hotel is older and the neighborhood is questionable. Directly to the west is the heart of downtown, and to the east is the ghetto.

Free parking, great breakfast, price is right
Had to walk 6+ blks to the Convention Center.

I really like how you have re-done your facility. I found it to be clean, the free parking is wonderful and the breakfast was really great! Your staff was very helpful and allowed me to leave my car all day when I went to my conference. I truly appreciated that more than you can realize!

The front desk clerk was very accommodating.
The elevator was small and old, and and the cable style didn't feel secure.

The rooms were ok, but very embarrassed that
I couldn't check in due to the credit card declined. I was on a tight time schedule so I had to come back later to check in. Then when I went to my room someone else was in it. Not a very good experience.

Old hotel w/new paint. Definitely not what I expect from La Quinta. Very limited staff -- she tried hard to resolve problems, but obviously had no back-up.
