Room had stained carpets and furniture. Would have gone somewhere else if I had to spend more than one night there. Bright light right outside window drapes helped some.

Family Traveling with Teens
We were there because of a relatives passing and were with 4 other families. The convenience was great because it was held at the high school not far from there. There were channels on the TV that are not offered at the less expensive places. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Family Traveling with Young Children
What we found was much more than our expectations. The rooms were beautiful and at the comfort level of resorts. The cleanliness was spectacular. This hotel is fairly new so it could still be that it hasn't been run down yet. We arrived late in the evening and staff kept the pool open longer so my children could play. The food was pleasing. The hotel even has complimentary late evening snacks (soup and such) during mid week. ...

I am really picky about how clean a room is, and this location was wonderful! I look closely at the bathroom and carpet, since those are good indications of short- and long-term cleaning requirements. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. If you are looking for a breakfast bar as good as Holiday Inn Express or Best Western, you will be disappointed, however. At seven thirty am, they were out of yogurt, and the eggs were little hockey pucks. And the coffee, oh, my goodness, the coffee was bad. I am usually prepared for the coffee in the room to be terrible - every place is that way, but the lobby's coffee was almost as undrinkable. But overall, it was a great experience: clean rooms, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again, and bring my own brew.

While it is beautiful and well maintained, if you need a really quiet atmosphere to sleep in, this is not the place for you. All sounds carry no matter how small they are. Televisions, people, walking. I will stay here again. They are very family friendly and the staff is amazing.
