Group Traveler
This could be a great hotel value. But clearly it is terribly managed. Having only a front desk person on staff in the evening and no one on call to deal with any maintenance issues is completely unacceptable. Having to stay in a room with no AC when its pushing 90 outside is unacceptable. Thank God the window opened. By 3 AM our room had cooled to 72 and I could sleep. I feel like La Quinta should be refunding my money and comping me at least another night to restore my faith in them. ...

Solo Traveler
The room was quite comfortable and I appreciated that there was a real comforter instead of the polyester bed cover. The bed itself was also comfortable and easy to sleep on. The room faced North so we got to see the sunrise and sunset without having the sun directly in our eyes at any point. There was plenty of parking and the employees were very helpful with information about where to go for hiking, wine taking, and eating. The pool was a disappointment, as it was very small and had not been heated by 10:00 AM on Saturday. It was also indoors and had limited views of outside rather it had a good view of the people in the lobby. I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection. It was mostly made up of carbs like waffles, dough nuts, cereal, and bagels. The only protein options were hard boiled eggs and the daily special (which on 3 days of the week was biscuits and gravy). ...
