Lots of towels
No shade in parking lot
The hotel was nice, clean and convenient even if your business was in Beaumont. It was relatively quiet and the AC worked quite well. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Free cookies in the lobby, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly front desk staff.
Housekeeping completely ignored the Do not disturb sign. They kept trying to open the dead-bolted door (4 times in one morning!).
This is a nice hotel. It was very clean and comfortable.

They had nice TV's and beds.
The shower was not clean.
The shower was dirty and had mold/ mildew. The coffee pot looked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was covered in dust. The beds were decent.
