50th HS Class reunion participants stayed here. Great fun meeting in the lobby before events.
Towels thin and had to ask for clean ones each day.

I liked the location and atmosphere of this hotel. Room was just fine.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Good hotel, good staff, good room, good continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The WiFi did not work. My wife nor myself were able to work on line for the three days we were there.

Pool needs cleaning and ladder needs repairs done.

I have stayed at the Laquinta in Morgan City on a previous trip and found it to be clean ,and the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Good parking, and central to town.
Cheap towels, had to ask for shampoo, assigned room which was the noisiest even though hotel was empty.

In term of friendliness, Hampton Inn is a better stay the last time I was there, for about the same level of rating. The staff at La Quinta didn't seem thrilled to see their guests. And I was given the room at the most noisy location next to the lobby, even when the hotel only had a total of 5 cars in the parking lot at night. There was no shampoo in the room. Very clean and kept up. Nothing torn or frayed; maintenance kept it looking like new.
They had computer problems that kept us locked out of our rooms 24 hrs.We had to someone to help.

Very clean, very well kept, needed help in the technical side to trouble shoot the lockout problem but the staff were well mannered and didn't seem to mind going the extra mile when chaos struck the hotel.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was clean!
Housekeeping knocked on the door every morning at 9 am! And if you weren't ready for them yet - you didn't get your room cleaned.

This hotel was in a great location - just off HWY 90. The rooms were clean and when they were around, the staff was friendly. There were few people staying at the hotel as the parking lot never had more than 10-15 cars at most! Still, the housekeeping service was not good! I stayed there 3 nights and didn't get my room cleaned once! They came to the door each morning at 9 am while I may have been awake at the time, I wasn't out of my room yet and ready for them to clean. However, that simply meant I didn't get my room cleaned. So, I'm assuming they only clean at 9 am. If you're out by then you're good. If not then no fresh sheets for you!
