Overall, the hotel is great. It was a little further away from the beach and planned activites; but for our stay was well worth the price and there are restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance. Front desk staff was friendly and knew the area well enough to suggest a place to get a great burger.

Let me see...hotel was not at the address shown on Priceline. This was a beach vavcation and this hotel wound up being miles from the beach. The hotel allowed pets and the cat urine smell was nauseating. Got stuck in the elevator the first time I used it. Fortunately, an employee "re-set it" and I managed to escape. So after all this drama I decided to check out and Priceline wanted to give me a problem. Was on hold with Priceline Customer Service for over an hour then decided to call them from another phone while continuing to hold and was put through to a live individual after only a 15 minute hold. Bottom line, I will never use Priceline again. Some of the worst CS I have experienced in quite sometime. ...
