I love the fact it had dining and shopping (both a Costco and Walmart), in the same area. It certainly helps if you run out of batteries or realize you forgot some little nick-knack. Also, even though I did not use it, the pool appears to be indoors.
The fact it is somewhat isolated from the main attractions and Highway US 281 is a pain to get on and off of, due to construction. Might want to make people aware of where the bus stops are physically located.

The location of this hotel is great. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean but a bit noisy outside and upstairs.
We had left the room to take our stuff downstairs to the car at 10:00 a.m on checkout date. We didn't like how we were locked out before check out time which is at noon. We had to get our card re-activate.

That it allows pets. elevator was broke. not clean.
The elevator was broke and had to walk stairs with luggage and 3 kids. The room smelled like animal. The restroom had mold around the toilet area and the restroom had a moldy smell. I was gagging the entire 1st night. The hotel halls and lobby was hot. I will never stay again. It was too late to get refund. I had already paid by credit card

This is a great hotel. The location is perfect for us, the room was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. We will be staying there again. We are in San Antonio often, this will be the place we stay every time from now on.
