The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Free breakfast was better than average.
The general appearance of the room and hallways looked very dirty. The chair in the room looked, as if it had been brought in from outside.

This hotel was adequate for a hastily planned trip. If I had had more time, I would have checked out comparable hotels in the area. The number one feature I look for is cleanliness, and I would rate the cleanliness factor only one star. Compared to other La Quintas I have stayed in, this one was one of the worse in overall appearance. Other than that, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Holiday Blvd is a better location than the other La Quinta nearer downtown Slidell. It was easier to get to and avoided the bad traffic of the other.
My room was on the first floor by the swimming pool. People sat outside my window and talked.

This is a newer La Quinta Inn, on I-12, compared to the other one nearer downtown Slidell off I-10. The room was much larger and nicer than I expected, with a beautiful, large bathroom. The only minus was the breakfast, which was just average, no hot eggs or meat, just boiled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, a little cereal. The other La Quinta is less expensive, but with my "Priceline Negotiation", I got my room for about the same price as the older Inn. I travel through here a lot, and will definitely stay here again. ...read more

Friendly staff, attractive rooms, clean and family friendly.
It was a bit difficult to turn on the road to the hotel. We had to go past it be several miles and make a u turn.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the fridge and microwave in the room. We didn't travel with a pet but it was pet friendly. Next time we stay in Slidell, we will bring our cat and return to this LaQuinta.

Brand new, comfortable beds, and nice toiletries.
Swimming pool was small, breakfast was depleted.

This is a brand new property in a new, rebuilt, part of Slidell. Very comfortable, nice, enjoyed our two night stay. Quiet, comfortable rooms, good sleep.

Hotel was new, clean, and Hotel staff were very accommodating. Hotel was well lighted and safe.
The fan in the bathroom run non-stop and making loud noise. Difficult to close binds.

Hotel was very new and nice. Rooms were large and new TV's. It is located very near the Interstate for easy access.

Very nice, clean, comfy, well decorated, and friendly staff.
I had requested a double queen room and recd a single queen room. Very full, and had to park at hotel across street.
