When we got there first night around 9pm, I was told they overbooked nine rooms and there was no room for me.

Housekeeping, maintenance, clearness.

Ok hotel, housekeeping is bad, front desk people are nice. Need better maintenance: cofeemaker is broken, not enough electrical outlets where you need them, etc.

Great location. Friendly staff...very accommodating. We travelled with a senior and they were very attentive to their needs. Pets are allowed.

Not a 2-1/2 star hotel, impossible. If Hampton Inn's and Holiday Inn Express Hotels are the same rating, this needs to be downgraded to a 2 star or less!
