Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. This hotel was dirty and had buckets catching water in all the hallways and the commodes were nasty this is a poor excuse for a La Quinta.

My wife and I were quite impressed with this hotel. To have the manager make your waffles the next morning and serve you breakfast after inquiring what he or his staff could do better is a refreshing change. They really want you to be comfortable at this hotel. Very nice folks and a nice stay.

The arrival date wasn't handled properly and we had to take a smoking room. It was on second floor and there was no elevator.

It is convenient to I20, but the bed was hard, they had no elevator and the room was super hot at first. The
TV was a small box TV. Luckily Waffle house was right next door for a better breakfast.

It was good enough for what it was since I had to be in the area but in and of itself it was not a very nice place to stay. The staff were not attentive, the lobby smelled bad and the room was dirty. For the price it was ok but if I wanted to feel more comfortable next time I would go elsewhere.

I was traveling alone and thought La Quinta are usually decent hotel rooms. The clerk behind the desk was unkempt, had recent food stains on his shirt and was downing some drink as I walked in the lobby. I was directed to take the stairs to reach my room on the second floor. There was no air conditioning running on the second floor common area. It was a sweltering 105 in East Texas. The air-conditioning was not on in the room and I had turn the switch ON. The door to the stairwell was not only unlocked, but left open. ( I was directed to stairwell to get to my room. I don't know if there was an elevator or not.) This stairwell was open to the highway and anyone could have walked off the street unobserved to gain access to any room on the second floor. I walked in my room and just had a raunchy feel and was just so disturbed by all of my experience that I turned around and walked out. It was such a horrible experience that I was willing to pay twice as much for a clean, safe room at another hotel.
