The location of the hotel is the best thing of all.
Hotel charges high tax of 16.75% of the bill and car park fee of $10 per day.

If you are staying for about a day or two, and with limited budget, and have minimum requirement for hotel near riverwalk(abt 10mins of walk). Meaning a place to shower, toilet and bed. This is a place for you.

I liked the location.
Price Lines prices were not accurate. The Hotel charged for parking for both nights which was 20 dollars plus tax more then expected.

I would recommend only because of its location.

The Hotel? I did not like anything about it.
As soon as we walked inside the room the we found a dead roach. The towels were really old and the sheets on the bed.I would not stay there ever again.

It would be a good thing that Price line wouldn't recommend this place to any one.You can hear the people next door while they were intimidate banging on the wall.

Average room for the rating, I knew I wasn't getting anything fancy. Best quality was the Walking distance to riverwalk and nightlife/events.

La Villita in San Antonio is very famous when I saw :La villita Inn I jumped to know there was one room left (surprise)... WOMEN WAS SHOUTING IN THE HALL WAY @ 1;30AM SOMETHING ABOUT A GUN..DID NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT WE LEFT THE FOLLOWING MORNING.

The location, it's down the street from my house. Easy for my parents to drive to my house from the hotel.
The front desk was trying to charge a $10 parking fee. We've used this hotel 2 months ago and were never charged to park there. She claimed that whoever checked us in @ out last visit, which was her. Not happy with them and will not be using this location

The staff make up the policies and fees as they go. Be sure to obtain a receipt showing the breakdown for all their charges.

It could have been cleaner, definitely more towels in the bathroom, and toilet tissue and soap!

Other than the location, I will not be staying there again. Definetly overpriced for the overall quality.

New carpet, great location downtown (walking distance to Rosario's!). Plain and simple, but clean!
It's not a fancy hotel, so it just had plain old sheets on the bed, not the fancy soft ones.

This is a nice, clean, small hotel located in a great location downtown. New carpeting and hotel is making some other upgrades, we understood.

Crickets, awful, water damage, and broken bed.

Mid town Inn and suites was the hotel I was referred to because my reserved room was not available when I arrived. Midtown was horrible. I took many pictures to show the cleanliness and damages to the hotel.
