Hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff were relatively helpful. For a family of six, the room was very accomodating.
The English skills of the staff were minimal. The location was somewhat out of the way from the main resort area.

This hotel I think was very nice at one time. The common areas were well maintained, but if you are looking for a state of the art gym or any other amenity such as a pool, it wasn't there. In fact, it was almost laughable to go down to the basement and try to workout on the archaic equipment. However, the suite we stayed in was spacious and the kitchenette area was nice to have with a family of six. But, the location was remote and we had to drive to get to the main tourist area (Jungman Resort area)where many of the restaurants and tourist attractions could be found. Also, it was so quiet! For almost the entire stay, we were one of the few guests in this hotel. Overall though, the hotel was worth the money and accomadated our family needs. ...read more
