Hotel Guest Reviews of the Lakeway Resort And Spa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 15, 2013

We got stopped for bringing our coke into the pool area, but other people brought in Gatorade, snacks ect.. And nothing was said. We were asked where our wristbands were, even though we had our room key. No one else was asked, or wearing them. I was VERY turned off by the lifeguard "profiling" us - I'm my opinion. Me and my best friend were there for our 40th birthday getaway. He made us very uncomfortable. But, the lobby staff was amazing, location was GREAT! A beautiful place to stay. Rooms NEED refrigerators and microwaves. Would only stay again if bought off Priceline. Wouldn't spend more than 100.00 a night, due to having to pay 29.00 a day to swim in their pool and exercise. ...

Overall, the hotel was great. The environment was calming and quiet. The wildlife and lakes are a pleasing view to wake up to. The staff was professional and helpful.

This is a great romantic place. If you love water sports and golf, this hotel has it available. The hotel has a rustic Texas elegance in the common area and very modern in the other places. The on site restaurant has an eclectic menu.

The Hotel Staff makes this a pleasant stay. While Lake Travis is a bit of a disappointment because of its low water line the view from the Hotel rooms is still a memory maker. The pool area is great for family or couples on a romantic outing. A good retreat.

The hotel is beautiful; however there is a motor outside on the lake side that does not shut off, so the patio is not the peaceful, quiet escape we were anticipating. Would recommend being placed on the upper floors - 3rd or 4th floor - we were on 1st floor - right by the motor. It may not be as noisy a few levels above ground. You enter on the 4th floor (versus 1st fl). The staff was very friendly & professional (outside of room service). The hotel is clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable - that would bring us back to stay in the future. ...
