Lancaster Motel Pennsylvania

It was the worst place I've ever stayed at. I would have left immediately if we weren't locked into paying even if we canceled.

For my needs this facility served its purpose, it was ok. I would like to commend the staff though because I by accident left my nice and expensive hair straightener in my motel room. I called them as soon as I realized of my oversight. They said they had found it afterwards and it was in the office. On Monday I called back to speak to the owner and he had said they had already put in the mail to me. This motel was located just off of the main highway, it is a small little motel & was comfortable, clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

I can't complain at all for the price. It was clean, it just needed some updating. The Wi-Fi was a plus and the staff was super friendly. I would stay again.

It was extremely run down. It had water stains on walls and ceilings. There were blood stains in the chair. It smelled like animals and smoke. The bed was supposed to be queen size and it was a full.

Small family owned hotel that is very well located to the surrounding Lancaster area.

This is definitely a roadside motel, but the staff has obviously worked hard to make it as nice as possible. Manager waited up for my (rather late) arrival, even though I hadn't specified a time. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Internet and TV worked fine, and I didn't hear any noises from other rooms or highway. I had been wanting simple "clean and safe" without "bells and whistles," and this hotel fit that bill. My particular room was a bit musty, since A/C is not run when room is not occupied, but the manager said she'd consider some of my suggestions for fixing that. Although there were none of the distinctive amenities for which one pays much higher rates, the hotel was small, comfortable, and clean. The beds were freshly made and the mattresses were in excellent condition in our room. There were a few minor problems with the sound on the TV but they may have been due to solar flareups.
