I wish I would have know there was a daily resort fee as well as the daily tax rate. My cost was significantly higher at checkout. I also paid for a room with a balcony. when I got there the hotel stated that this was not noted by their staff.

Be prepared, your rate may be higher than expected once you arrive. You will be charged a resort fee even if you do not get any spa services (at a daily rate). So expect additional fees at this location. I did not get as great of a deal as I was expecting because of this Hotel's extra fees. The Hotel stated that they upgraded my room because the were not able to provide the room that I paid for( with a balcony). It was a larger room with a balcony but it was a handicap room. Location was excellent,quiet, relaxing
Nothing about the Hotel itself, the address on the print out was incorrect. The Priceline print out list the address as Woodbridge Parkway when it was Actually Woodrigde parkway GPS took us to wrong address.

It was our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded us at no charge to a beautiful room which made our whole weekend special.
The hotel was perfect

The hotel as everything you will need and the staff is courteous and professional at all times. I would stay with them again and again.

Since I was there for a wedding, I did expect basic things would be corrected like toilet hissing entire weekend, iron worked when it wanted, phone at bedside cord was loose so it did not work and another major issue is water above your feet when showering. Tub should have been checked and other things before a room is booked. If it is 4 star, in my opinion these things should have been corrected immediately. I had a maintenance guy come up and he did NOTHING. Before ever staying again I would have a checklist of items to be sure room is okay. ...read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the rooms which were very comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast was great too.

Nice view and comfortable bed.
The walls were paper thin. You here everything even low conversations going on in the room adjacent to yours. You could even hear what was going on in the hallway.

Overall a great hotel. Very convenient for our trip. Overpriced for a winter stay since we could not enjoy the complete resort experience.
There was a "resort fee" added to the room cost. I would have liked to know beforehand from Priceline that this fee was not included in the room cost I paid.

decor.
Low ceilings in hallways and in bedroom. Small bathroom. The $20.extra fee is a negative, since there's no value offered for it.
