The entire staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable, including the lobby staff, the room maids and services and the restaurants. Our room (#447) has an outstanding view of the Acapulco Bay and was VERY comfortable. We felt VERY safe and secure.

The hotel is unique in that the "cabanas" are terraced on a hillside and each cabana has it's own pool, or a shared pool. You can see that EVERY day they are painting, trimming the trees, flowers, etc. and are very contientious of keeping the entire grounds in good condition. They had even freshly painted the entrance, which, with their pink and white theme, was very beautiful. We WILL recommend this resort to anyone, especially anyone who likes a romantic theme. Sense of arrival left much to be desired. Lobby is very dated. Internet connectivity was very weak.

Great hotel with a need of a renovation. The overall exterior look of the hotel was very dated. The guest rooms are very spacious and offer private/semi private pools which kids love! The private pool and beach area were just OK. We were hoping to have a beach atmosphere, but instead hotel offered 1 regular pool and 2 beach water pools, which closed at 6:00 pm (too early for daylight savings period). Amazing hotel. Outstanding views of acapulco bay. Exceeded expectations.

Wonderful hotel for adults. Great spot for a romantic getaway. Our casa had a private pool that overlooked the Acapulco Bay. By far the best bargain we have ever had at a hotel and it exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend
