Hotel Guest Reviews of the Laurel Knights Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I've been coming for 6 years, enough said.

My fiancé and I have been coming to this Inn for six years and counting. I love the rooms, the convenience, the shopping around the facility, I am never disappointed when I come.

The moment
I checked out... Awful place.
Room had unpleasant smell. Ceiling had a leak in the middle of room.

Very bad experience. Room had an unpleasant smell. Ceiling was leaking in the center of the room. Area very noisy. Although proper illumination on outside, no way to keep the light out of the room. Reported leak to office but nothing was done. When checking out, no one to attend me. Had to wait 20 minutes until someone finally appeared. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I would prefer to stay in a Rest Area than here. ...read more

They had microwave and refrigerator, huge plus! Room cleaning was very pleasant.
No flat iron in the room.

It's a good hotel to stay at and the location was perfect, just close to everything.

Nothing
Staff, room, location, price was way too high for what I got.

I checked in at 6 and my room was not ready. I checked it out and told them to just change the sheets because I was tired. Waited an hour and still no new sheets. Asked to change rooms. Got accused by someone for not paying for my prepaid room. Later got accused of wrecking the first room that I was given. They assumed the room was clean since all I wanted was new sheets. That was not the case. I didn't care about the sugar all over the table and the trash in and out of the can and on the floor because it wasn't bad, just a little I could clean up so I could sleep. The pool was open only a few hours and it rained. There were cops all over the grounds one of the nights which I figured something was going on. 3 families were staying in the room next door to us and stayed up until 3 am cooking pork chops with their door open all night. Didn't think these people could eat pork but when I woke up there were pork chop bones all over the front area including in front of my door along with 4 bags of trash overflowing. Birds were everywhere at 5 am waking me up eating the trash in the front. Do not stay here. ...read more

Far enough from DC to be cheap, close enough to drive to the DC metro.

I went for a business trip to DC, but didn't want to pay the DC hotel prices. So I stayed in Knights Inn and drove about 15 miles to a shopping mall where I could park for free and take the DC Metro (subway). Driving took me about 1 hour because of the traffic, though. The hotel was nice and clean for the price. No breakfast, but there is Panera Bread and I think other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I will recommend this to DC visitors on a tough budget. ...read more

Price.
Dirty, bed broken, mold in bathroom, and poor internet service.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The bed springs were exposed, the pillows were worn out and uncomfortable, the room smelled funny, the heater/AC unit was not in good working order, the wireless internet was slow at best.

The staff was wonderful.
The first room didnt have heat and had to move to another room,

It has a good location. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and stores. For the price the room was nice and comfortable.
