the room was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff was nice enough to upgrade our room at no charge due to a misunderstanding.
The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that there we ended up in the 22nd floor, and it took time to go up and down because the hotel was so crowded. Nevertheless, there were multiple elevators and the wait time was reasonable.

The location. It is close to Catherine Street for shopping and nightlife.
The cost of parking is insane. Also, had to order a change of linens; they should already do so every night.
If you're going to do shopping on Catherine, it is the perfect location however if you prefer to see old Montreal then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The receptionist isn't polite, frankly, they're don't really care about you. It's such a big hotel that customer service gets lost in the numbers. However, location is perfect for shopping and clubbing/pubing.

We love the location. Close to all amenities and the Bell Centre. The pool, hot tub and gym area upgrades are nice. Lovely lounge.
