Hotel Guest Reviews of the Le Meridien Philadelphia

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We booked a room for
xxx. When we arrived the hotel wanted an additional $48.00 for valet parking (virtually half the price of the room). There were no self park options and the parking was offsite! They should have disclosed this info.

The hotel was fine. They should have provided more information upfront about the parking situation.

The two beds were generously sized.
Bed frame/box spring for both beds streaky & dirty; mold pockets in bathroom. Showerhead produced so much air resistance that shower curtain billowed & wouldn't stay shut, so bathroom floor was covered in water even after very short shower.

Friendly staff, clean, modern, quiet, great location and reasonably priced!

Pros-location-close to trolley and in walking distance to great restaurants, the Liberty Bell, and more. Clean, quiet and modern hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

awesome spacious rooms, comfy beds and wonderful staff
we loved everything. the only thing I was annoyed about was when I asked the valet about where I could park for cheaper, he kept trying to sell me on parking with them. I'm not looking to pay 45 bucks for parking just tell me where else I can park.

honestly, I loved everything about it. has a lot of character.

Check in was fast.
The valet is the worst. Every time you called for the car, they said 20 minutes, but took at least 40 minutes each time.

Clean hotel, but definitely should be a 3 star, not 4.

The location was great and so was the general atmosphere of the hotel
When I arrived they assigned me to a room that was already occupied. I walked in and a mans wallet and jewelry was on the dresser. If that was my room I would be very uneasy about having someone able to just come in and take my wallet and valuables

Nice Staff, room was quiet.
Weird lack of furniture in the room. Minimalist/Euro type hotel in an old wood building. The room was big, but only had one chair. No love seat. Just a bed and a chair. Not a 4 star. Glad we got a sweet rate from price line. Not worth over xxx

Front counter staff and the quality of the inputs in the room: Toto toilet, Grohe faucet and shower head, towels, firm bed. This shows an appreciation for those details.
How many homeless and panhandlers in the vicinty. Knowing it is very near city offices and HHS offices would explain some of the the homeless and panhandler population.

Eclectic! Avant-garde! You enter facing the bar. Good location for the conventional center--not perfect--but good: literally, less than one block from the West end doors to the convention center. Front counter staff was very helpful. Less than an easy mile walk to the Constitution Center and Liberty Bell. Easy walk to Rittenhouse Square Area--I recommend 18th & Chestnut as a central point for culinary enthusiasts. Only down side to the room was the square footage--a little small--and some noise from outside. ...read more

Great rooms, nice staff
parking/valet very limited, takes a lot of time, VERY hard to get a cab, allow 5-10 min to get in a cab.

Great hotel, very comfortable.
