This hotel was a great experience. very clean, and luxurious hotel.

Grand and comfortable, and nice resort facilities.
Location - distance to the nearest Metro station.

Great hotel if you plan to enjoy time at the resort, otherwise I recommend staying in one that is close to the Metro line.

The friendliness of the staff
No atmosphere - went for Christmas but no festive spirit to be had!

The staff were amazing - all pleasant and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I asked for Christmas tree to be put in our room and it was. I took my own Christmas music/films because if I hadn't I feel Christmas would've passed us by - there was absolutely no Christmas atmosphere - even on Christmas Eve there was no holiday music. Christmas Day that were a few festive songs but it soon reverted back to "noise". On Christmas eve we went around the hotel looking for a nice place to eat with atmosphere - couldn't find it and went back to the room hungry! Very disappointed because we chose Dubai and this hotel because it was offering festive breaks. ...read more
